Great location, easy to park. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.
We were in a pet friendly room which had a distinct aroma to it. There was no instructions on how to work the heating and room was chilly initially. Also unable to close the celux window blinds due to no pole to reach it.

Perfect location virtually in the centre of Rothbury, easy parking on the road outside of the hotel, nice and lively but very friendly bar, Typical 'Pub-grub' menu however, cooked to a standard far exceeding most pubs and easily up to quite a few 4 star hotels. Very large and airy bedroom with a totally comfortable king sized bed plus sofa and a 'sizzling' (if required) shower to wash away the day's tiredness.
Could not connect our 'Fire-stick' to the TV for our own choice of viewing - this was just the one minor point

The rooms are fantastic..large clean and very well appointed. Great location. Meals are 1st rate. Staff are friendly.
An absolute carnage of booking in. Booked a twin..didnt happen. Gave everyone a single room. All my gear out after a hard day in cycling. T made about to take a shower asked to move into another room. The lady in our group of 7 was having a shower , knocking on the door and asked to move room !!! Told staff to come back when she had dressed !! Should know on a pre booking months ago where everyones rooms will be. Cant be too difficult. Really inconvenianced the group as a whole
