EPIC Seel Street Apartments - Liverpool City Centre

How luxury it was

I did not know how to work the speakers in the house so could not use

Location was spot on as central to everything, though if you are someone who likes to sleep early please note it is a very busy area in terms of nightlife, however I personally barely noticed the noise. The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter who's here for University. Comfortable bed, fully functioning kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. The kitchen had a breakfast bar with 2 stools, there was a full size sofa with coffe table and TV, full size wardrobe with hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bathroom was a beautiful wet room and was perfectly hot and great water pressure.

Our only issues were if you are staying for more than 1 night, the door code to get in changes and you need to contact the host to get that code, however response to emails was very quick. The aircon could be better, was unusually warm for October and could not get cool air so was quite stuffy.

Location, size

Good location

I received constant emails before my stay. The wrong card was used for a deposit I wasn’t aware of, which was almost as much as the cost of the room. One of the doors didn’t lock and the curtains in one room wouldn’t close.
