Kids loved the waterslides, splashpark and kids club! Parents loved the supervised kids club so we could go to the adults only pool and spas.
View from apartment was of the BP Petrol station, but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

So many facilities for the kids. Despite being such a big park and a peak period, nothing felt too crowded or overwhelming. Great having access to cafe and the BP convenience store all on site.
Slides weren’t operating on second day of our stay when we went to pool.

A great place to stay with family, once we collected some groceries we didn’t have to leave. Huge playground, great water splash area and slides. The cabin was great too!

Lovely staff at ripples restaurant but dinner was very average!
Disappointed that it closed at 4 pm on Sun as it meant inconvenient to get dinner for kids ! Only one other place in Hastings point- the general store!
Bike hire was not accessible and maintenance did nothing to fix the problem with the booking screen on site! Very disappointed children!
Tissue box empty on check in. Only 1 toilet roll for 4 people?
Shower was impossible to adjust- too hot or too cold! Very unsafe for children who gave up trying .Other than the waterpark attraction for kids , the rest of the facilities are very aged , including the clothes drier which was rusty and falling apart.
