I loved everything! the hospitality was excellent, perfect location with mountain and beach view. newly renovated rooms with all facilities! the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Modern hotel, well maintained and clean. Location is great for beach, shops, bars and restaurants, on street parking is available. Very good value for money. Staff are generally very good.

The hotel is on a road off the main track so the street can be noisy especially with noisy Motorbikes and Quad Bikes. This was a problem for me outside on the open front terrace adjacent to the road but not in my front facing bedroom which I had due to the insulation.

Very nice staff! Nice touch by present in our room. Location 150m from the beach. All kinds of stores in the street. Small bathroom but clean and everyday cleaning lady came. Had a good stay! Thanks to the staff!

The swimming pool backdoor wasn't working, so we had to walk around through the nextdoor building to access the pool.

From the moment we arrive, we got warm welcome and hospitality. Very friendly and proffessional personnel. The hotel located in the center of the town.

The place is clean and confortable, very close to the sea and has three beautiful pools. All the staff was kind and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it strongly!

Wonderful stay, such a lovely place and staff, they were always available and smiling , we had our room cleaned everyday, and that is unusual for 2 *hotels.

The only part that we were not 100% satisfied was the breakfast. We were expecting a richer buffet and good coffee

the hotel was in the heart of Crete city near the beach. You can go shop and dine nearby as well as relax and enjoy the evening in some bars. The view was really great, the room itself is really clean - also cleaned daily. The staff were really nice and very hospitable! We haven’t met anybody as nice and friendly as the owner, Antonis (I hope I spelled his name correctly..) who was always there whenever we needed something and was very helpful. He even gave us some souvenir to remember the exquisite experience in Crete! we highly recommend this hidden gem Hotel!

nothing really. we were just not used to not flush the toilet paper but this is how it is in the whole Island itself.

The property was amazing!! Such a nice room with a cute balcony where we had sun all morning, the pool was lovely with sun all afternoon and the views were amazing! 10/10!

We had a great time at Floral hotel! It was super clean and comfortable and the best part was the family who owns the hotel! They were so generous and kind, treated us with wine and fruite, cold bottle of water for the way home and even a bottle of their self made olive oil! This was a perfect stay and highly recommended. The location of this hotel is excellent, close to the all the restaurants and bars, as well as the beach but at the same time in a quiet area with no disturbance. The girl at check in was absolutely lovely and so was the man at checkout. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended! I had a great stay at Floral Hotel. The hotel is located close to the center and the beach, very easy to move around. Everything was perfect! In addition, the kindness of the owner and his daughter is rare these days. Lovely!

Staff are brilliant, nice touch giving me a bottle of wine and extra virgin olive oil when I was leaving, it's an old skool Cretan style hotel, room is OK as is the bathroom albeit a bit small, pool area is small no pool bar and you've to walk down stairs to get to it but it was quiet and everything was clean, good value for the price paid.

The key of the room also doubled as the electricity which wasn't ideal and they asked you to leave it in reception everytime you went out which wasn't ideal either not enough wall sockets.
