The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room clean and the breakfast free and plenty of food! Even paper coffee cups and covers so you can take your morning coffee with you! The location was great -- easy walking distance to many restaurant and pubs. Our dinner was fantastic seafood and local sake at an izakaya. Perfect.
The only issue we had was the size of the room and bathroom/shower...very small! But that is the norm in most business hotels in Japan so we can't really complain. As residents of the Tokyo area, we were shocked at the lack of people walking around, and thought we'd have a hard time finding a decent meal, but you just have to be a bit courageous to take the first step into a tiny pub, and all is good!
