Great view from living area of minster. Spscious comfortable bedrooms, nice en- suite. Good location. Good local amenities. Nice secure off road parking.

Intermittent WiFi connections. Lacked personal touches, interior a little bland. No tea or coffee supplied. I paid £160 for one night which I thought a tad expensive. Lack of TV on bedrooms

Lovely little apartment with plenty of space for the family. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location. Everything was in walking distance and the little Sainsbury’s store was perfect for grabbing the few extra things we needed.

A little disappointed that a few areas in the apartment seem to have been overlooked by cleaning. Particularly the sink in the kitchen. There was a slight smell from the sink drain although I do appreciate these buildings are old and sometimes that can’t be helped. Also, as we sat down to watch television in the evening, we did notice that underneath the television stand there was a popped balloon and a lot of dust. obviously this area had been completely overlooked. However the bedrooms the bathrooms and general areas were very clean.

Location was 100% for everything we wanted to see and do in York

Probably a full length mirror in the hallway and a tea towel for drying in the kitchen as we didn’t use the dishwasher also a kitchem roll would be handy

Close location, parking included and easy to access

Bed was uncomfortable and could have done with a deeper clean
