Bereits der Eingang ist überwältigend, weil man direkt das Meer sieht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und das Putzpersonal ist super freundlich. Die Liegen am Strand sind gut verteilt und reichen für alle aus (es gab nur wenig Gäste die sich Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert haben). Die beiden Restaurants Dolce Vita und La Plage sind sehr lecker. Es lohnt sich da zu essen und nicht im Hauptrestaurant wo es Buffet gibt.

Das check-in war etwas lang und chaotisch, weil niemand genau wusste was wir bereits bezahlt haben. Wir haben am Empfang nach Ausflügen gefragt, aber es gab leider zunächst keine Unterstützung. Wir haben uns dann online informiert und wurden später am Strand von einem „Ausflugsmenschen“ angesprochen…

Lovely hotel at the east coast of Mauritius. Our stay there was the last stop on our round trip and it was a great ending of the vacation. The food was amazing (special thanks to Ashveena, Sandy, Hurkoo and Roopesh) and the bars and drinks (special thanks to Ayan, Dissen, Hevin) were great. The service for all days was outstanding (special thanks to Rakhes, Avikesh and Singh), we even good a room upgrade and I can just say: WOW! The room was freshly renovated and huge, everything was clean and comfortable. They also offer a great honey moon special with a candle light dinner at the beach and breakfast on the room. Additionally they offer a variety of water sports like kayaking, snorkelling and SUP - all included. I can fully recommend a stay here. 11 out of 10.

Smokers could smoke anywhere and when ur not a smoker it’s a very uncomfortable situation when you are hit with their smoke

Location was great . The room was comfortable if a little tired. Loved the all inclusive- it made things easy and we enjoyed it. It was lovely having the different restaurants too. Food was excellent throughout. Sheila encouraged us to joint the seafood evening at the beach and it was great.

The rooms are very tired but were comfortable . It was not good that both the kettle and hairdryer had to use a plug on the floor far away from any facilities. There was no mirror except for far away at the cupboard. While there were some amazing staff, most could do with customer service training. When asked for assistance they were very quick to send us to others to assist, who would then send us back to the initial person. There was no accountability in their jobs. The tennis and boat assistants were particularly bad and often rude and condescending, especially to the younger members of our group. For example when trying to book a snorkelling trip they insisted that they could not assist, then proceeded to tell us they were doing us a great favour and we could have a boat at three in the afternoon the next day. Following on the next day - the booking was not been made. Check in was another debacle. What should have been a slick easy time turned into hours of wasted time.
