I regret that the water drain of the shower was not made after the first time, when they told me it was all made after I made my complaint to the information desk, a boy gentleman helped me very well from the night shift, he told me to go to another room where everything was fine.

The view and comfort of the room was amazing!

The food could of been better for iftar.

When we arrived we did shouse to pay cash for our reservation, and they asked us to pay 10dh plus the total of our booking. And this wasn't mentioned anywhere when we did the reservations

- service quality is overall a real disappointment - room cleanliness is very disappointing, I even tipped the room service to clean the room a little bit better, but in vain - annoying and loud music every evening until 12am at the hotel bar - Hot shower water keeps interrupting and most of the time only cold shower was possible - Hotel guests were literally devouring the buffet breakfast, and if you order the breakfast to your room, you get the cheapest breakfast not even comparable to their buffet breakfast - Résumé: The value-for-money ratio is very very very poor! Keep away from this hotel! It is definitely not a 4-Star quality hotel!
