The location is perfect: an art nouveau tenement building in the very centre of the beautiful town of Brno. It is a bit like time travelling. In addition, the dormer window looks out on the St. James church's spire.

Everything was smooth except for the terrible noise the heating system regulators made. They started to work after each other in the middle of the night in the neighbouring apartments and also in mine.

Only skylights so I could not see out of the room at all (I did not ask for a loft apartment) Bathroom was an odd shape. I had to squeeze between the sink and the shower to get around the door to the toilet. If I were not skinny and quite flexible I would not have been able to access the toilet at all. It would be simple to have the door opening outwards which would solve this

The electronic key code provided by Email in advance didn't work in the beginning. Then I call the service / reception number, but nobody took the call and I got a little nervous. Then I tried again, and it worked

Location in the city center. Price is ok. Easy check in/check out.

The apartment was a little worn out. The couch could use a wash. Little hard do get there by car if you don't know the town. Some streets are closed in the center for "normal" traffic. We decided to drop off at the back of the building at Kozí street.

The place is bang on in the centre, lot of bars and restaurants within minutes walk.

The room we were in had a fish sauce smell which I believe was coming from the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, so may be get room on a higer floor

Quite terrible wifi in my room.

The bed situation was a little bit unclear, since we arrived as a couple and there were two single beds, but it was a minor misunderstanding.

Hotel staff was very polite. The password for the doors was communicated in advance via e-mail and via phone. Very well equiped apartment and quite cosy. Clean and spacious. The hotel is located on a walking distance from the railway station and Hotel Grand.

All was perfect.
