Neat and clean. Friendly staff and delicious food.

The staff is very friendly and they provide an excellent service.
The wait at the parking where you leave your car despite calling in advance to time arrival.
The fact that yiu have to leave your car near the reserve's gate (20 min drive away) is nd communicated until you get there.

The rooms were warm
Nice views from main lodge.
Not enough food for guests who don’t have a choice to get food elsewhere because of location. Not informed about restricted lunch hours… kitchen not flexible.
Not enough water provided in rooms.
The Staff was pleasant but not well trained for a 5*

The friendly staff and game drives
The property should have a menu for any time of day for foodies

Our guide, Joe was informative and dedicated in making sure that we saw as many of the game animals as possible. The food is gourmet and the accommodations clean and spacious. The people there are just wonderful.
It is beyond cell phone range, the roads are not great so App navigation is a bit more difficult. Communication with the facility could be better. The glossy advertising seems to imply that extra services such as tours outside the park are mainstream and easily available. This is not the case. They are set up for wild animal viewing in their park. They do this very well. Although not impossible to arrange, outside tours, such as a battlefield tour do not readily fit in to their process.

Seeing all the animals, friendly staff, beautifully decorated interior. Bath with a view. Ostrich steak was phenomenal.
Rooms could do with a deep clean, carpets, windows, door frames, ceilings. Not the standard of cleanliness you expect from a 5 star place.

We loved everything. From the friendly welcome to the outstanding game drives. Special thanks to Joe for an incredible experience and to Chorl for going the extra mile.
Incredible dinner, actually the best I have had in Southafrica. First time for me in a Lodge that I was given a menu with different choices, considering all of my diat requirements and our nephew, having other allergies, another one, but as exceptional as ours. Thumbs up for the chef and the whole Nambiti Hills experience!
we prefer towels to be made of 100 percent cotton ;-)

amazing game drive, beautiful rooms, great service and the dinner and breakfast were really good.
as a small note afternoon snacks and lunch menu could be improved (healthier options would be more than welcome).

The breakfast was very good and very welcome after the game drive.
Small point - the hair dryer plug was too far away from the mirror.
Another small point - the counter around the basins was very small. More space would have been good.

beautiful place, loved our room, fantastic staff
it was perfect. nothing we didn’t like

game viewing was great , lovely room and view
it’s the little things that matter when you go 5 star, no candles lit as we came back from evening game drive , cushions left outside in rain so we couldn’t use them in the morning, it was chilly that night and they didn’t lite the fire in the lounge, plus food not great , very disappointing as I expected better

This was a game experience far better than we expected. Beautiful valleys, great service and just a very pleasant stay. The game is not all on display - you have to rely on your tracker - but we got to see all we hoped to and more. It's an early start, and a late finish with 2No 3hr game drives on offer, but for those willing to soak in the african bush, it will reward you in small and big ways! Thanks to Wonder our guide for really going the extra mile
Roads were a bit too bumpy at times due to the recent rains - a bit of maintenance is due...

High tea was lovely
Game drive was very informative and our game driver was very pleasant
Peaceful and relaxing vacation
Pool was dirty and therefore unusable,
Too many roaches and flies in my room at night
Lost sunglasses in the room

Amazing room, good service, great food, great game reserve with plentiful game
Fiver star rooms, food, waitering on par with the best of the Greater Kruger lodges
Splinters on the wood deck around the pool.
Despite great game sightings the game ranging was not on par with the rest of the lodge, three star at best

The staff was absolutely exceptional, friendly and went out of their way out to make you comfortable.
Probably the highlight of the trip.
From the guys on the floor to the game drives.
The actual lodge is beautiful and scenic.
Zolile spa was also just breath taking.
Definitely NOT child friendly, this is not stated on the description. Maybe a game room cause there was no TV.
Needs more activities, there are only so many game drives one can go on, cause that's all that's offered.
Probably not for more than a weekend stay, on day one we had done everything. Then the next days we stayed in.

Siya - Exceptional guide!
Sphamandla makes the most delicious mocktails.
Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming
The food was good
Accomodation is decent but not 5 star
Toilet seat loose and when they replaced it a day later it was smaller than the toilet
Richmond (reception staff) was very rude
No TV in the room
The pool is not heated even though they advertise it as heated
Advised them in advance the purpose of our stay was an occasion yet no extras were done for us
