Room service was prompt.

No restaurant in the hotel. Bathroom requires to be more clean. Overall cleanliness is poor.

room was so good.

location was not good. they says they have balcony but it is not for guest its for peogen and also that was comfortable for sitting. and also main this i booked room but when i reach there that was not ready the allot that room to some one else after one day they change room.

Maru and his family who run the place are amazingly friendly and treated us like family. That was the best part of the stay and pretty much compensates for everything else. They were super helpful and always willing to make things better for us, including a late check out and helping out older family members. They even got us meals delivered to our hotel, against their policy because my older parents could not walk up to the top floor of the restaurant at Helsinki Villa. All of this was just heartening. The room itself is well done and the bathrooms were clean.

Jaisalmer is becoming run down and the stretch where their property is, is dusty, dirty, filled with litter and construction. There is no real view to speak of, so we were kind of boxed in. The beds were unfortunately very bad and had lost all stiffness and were terrible to sleep on. I slept on the floor all three days. There is also no meal facility at the hotel itself and the kitchen at Helsinki villa was passable and nothing great to speak of.

Very arranging people with many services available. Good room spacious, very clean, with all the equipment required, good decoration and confortable
