The staff was awesome! The restaurant was pretty good as well. They have a decent buffet lunch daily for a fair price, dinner was pretty good as well. The breakfast was very good, a fair amount of variety, and they would change things up every couple of days for it. The bonus is having access to the shopping mall from the hotel, which is pet friendly, and a myriad of dining choices.

The room, while being big, had a tiny closet, and only a built in bench to sit. TV channels were mediocre, with limited choices. Other than those items, it wasn't bad.

Breakfast ok, however the expresso machine was broken. Room very silent, bed excellent.

Price is too high for the category. Two or three years ago Ibis Style were R$ 250, now rocketed to R$ 400. I get better accommodation for that price. Next time will look for another hotel. The information on the location is wrong. There is a confusion with the Shopping next to it, streets are very complicated, chaotic, terrible irrational urban project. That makes very difficult to get there or catch an Uber . Having this mess with the city, hotel should give better instructions on how to get there. I am very upset about this. Dinner : A simple strogonoff meal order took 40 minutes, having just three other gest at the restaurant. Somethinhg is wrong at the kitchen, specially when a soccer game is going on. Hello manager !!
