16th floor had great views. Nice, quiet room, even though we the floor below the bar/restaurant. Friendly, professional staff.

Our stay included a Bodo/Glimt matchday, so the breakfast was a little crowded compared to our first day, but this was only a very minor issue.

Super Frühstück. Nettes Personal, schönes Restaurant / Bar im 17 Stock.. lohnt sich wirklich.. Zahlungspflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe sowie der Fährhafen. Wir werden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

einzig die Matratzen, das ist jedoch individuell.. sind nicht durchgelegen.. passten für uns nicht

The staff was very friendly and the hotel looks beautiful. The rooms are cozy, modern and clean, love the decor! Especially loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Make sure you stop at the rooftop bar, the staff are super friendly and the views are amazing!

The lack of a coffee/tea maker was a huge disappointment. It should be part of the room, but it was missing. Furthermore, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken, and the kitchen closed at 9:30. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed. So, literally no coffee was available for us. It was the holiday season, and it was not easy to find a cafe open, which made this issue more pressing. When we asked the staff about it, they just verified the lack of coffee but did not try to let us know that a great cafe (dog bless them) was open on the next street. It was such ignorance that we would not have expected in this quality hotel. Ah, and the parking price info was also incorrect - there was no fee on the street because of the Easter holiday, so we paid an unnecessary fee in the parking lot the staff suggested to use.
