Super friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with great choices made fresh to a time of my choosing. Could not have been more accommodating.

Good location just outside Lanark. Plenty of space to park. The WiFi was a little slow at times but generally OK. Decent breakfast as well. I liked my room, comfortable bed, all very clean and tidy.

The staff were my main issue. Not one was in anyway friendly, not something I have encountered before in my hundreds of nights away. Check in was brief and form for breakfast completed and I was pointed in the direction of the room. Arriving for breakfast next morning, I looked around to see where I was supposed to sit. The only member of staff pointed to a table when I asked. Pot of tea arrived but I had to ask where the milk was and then I spotted the orange juice. Seemed it was too much trouble to tell me these things initially. No one asked if the meal was OK or if I wanted more tea or toast. Same member of staff was later trying to get into my room before 10am(check out is 11am) She thought I had left, surprised as I hadn't paid or left the room key. Staff just go through the motions, couldn't care less about the customer. Definitely won't be back.

The people and the Lady Owner are always very polite and helpful litterly treat you like family .I've stayed he on many occasions and will continue to in the future .
