Poor sound insulation. Bistro closed No drinking water supplied.

I have nothing bad to say. We all absolutely loved it, entire staff where friendly and great location and value for money.

I would just have another option for the bistro for little kids, like under 5 should be able to eat free with a paying adult as both our 4 and 7 year old didn't eat much at all but I wouldn't say this is a massive problem but just pricey for large families and I'm sure people are dishonest and don't pay for their kids and get away with it but we are not dishonest like that.

very bad insulation, we can hear all sounds from joint apartment. we were lucky no parties the next door.

disrespectful neighbours had a party next to us showing blatant disregard for anyone except themselves. very thin walls in this place. Facilities were very very basic, you’d think if they proceeded a kettle and tea bags there would at least be something to stir it with!

The location was great, please note, if you after luxury holidays accommodation definitely do not go there. But if you are after warm, cozy reasonably priced accommodation - go ahead!

The quality of the services for the price we paid. We saw staff in check in and then never again. The room was dirty and there were no sheets in there bed

Functional quarters, staff were friendly.

Facilities were lacking. Given the price, it was disappointing there was no on-site cooking areas, we were forced to cook a 10 minute drive away or use the hotel's food outlets. Drying closet didn't work and no drying room instead. Very rigid cancellation policy and quite expensive given the lack of facilities

The room needed more blankets. It was cold at night.

Great that our car could be parked so close to rooms.

As the snow season hadn’t started the restaurant etc were closed. Maybe a toaster could have been provided in the rooms.

The kitchen facilities with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and large dining table. The bathroom consisted of a toilet and shower which both had separate doors on them, which was great for us girls to get ready in.

The heaters did not work properly and kept cutting in and out. We found the couches to be very hard and uncomfortable and we needed more places to sit.

There was no breakfast with my stay

Very spacious and clean. Easy check in (after hours) and check out.

Dated decor, needs a freshen up.
