Anneke and Thulani were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts. The rooms were spacious, super clean and comfortable. Ensure you’re hungry in the mornings as the breakfasts are a feast to enjoy. You will love your stay there, we certainly did.

We felt very welcome and loved the homely atmosphere. Was perfect for our family reunion. Breakfasts were very good as well.

The reservation was mentioning the payment in thr structure but my credit card has been charged the day before. Some rooms with no hot water. Nice place but not for sure a 4 stars hotel

The whole ambience and decor was top of the notch, and the staff members were excellent and welcoming.

The Mandyville is a good standard bed and breakfast establishment. The original ,fine building has been developed by re-designing/fitting out the ground floor and adding rooms in an integral extension. The 'office' is manned 8-5 and there is a member of staff available throughout each 24 hours. A modest 'honesty'bar facility is available with guests asked to 'log' what they take. The Mandyville is in quiet Uys Street which is within sound of the sea though not in view,at least from the ground floor. The central beach/facilities /popular eating places area is a 10 minute walk...a more up market restaurant similar distance. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were helpful. The front of the Mandyville has a small,well maintained garden with outdoor seating.

Having never previously stayed in Jeffreys Bay and having searched websites under 'hotels in JB' I thought ---and given the high price paid--my expectation was for a hotel with a four star range of services.,not a b and b. For the price I expected the range of tv channels to be wider than was the case,but to be fair to the staff/management more channels were accessed upon my request. The bathroom was quite dark and inadequately lit to enable having a shave.
