Where do I start!!!! From the time the booking was made Harvey & Leanne made sure that we were contacted to give us details about the place and to check if we have any dietary requirements. They even made the room warm for us before we arrived. The room was cosy and had everything we needed and a lot more!!!! They thought about every little thing from toiletries (everything you can think of was there and I mean everything that female needs!!) to snacks, choices of tea, coffee (including flavoured ones), hot chocolate, juice, hair dryer, iron, sewing kit, first aid kit, and lot more!!!!! I just could not believe a place would have all these things included!!! I cannot talk highly enough about Harvey and Leanne; they made us feel very welcome even before we arrived. Had full breakfast with so many choices and fresh ingredients. I would very highly recommend Cleggett Estate and would definitely go back again!!!! I cannot thank you enough Harvey & Leanne for your hospitality and generosity that you provide your guests with.

What is not to like about the place!!!! We actually loved everything about Cleggett Estate!!! Thank you Harvey & Leanne for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable one.

The owners go to every length to ensure you have everything you need and more! We have never stayed somewhere as hospitable. Friendly, welcoming and caring people.

Beautiful, comfortable room with everything you could want. And more!

The room was large, comfortable and incredibly well appointed. The friendly and helpful owners/hosts have certainly built a welcoming and comfortable environment in this self-contained cottage. We could happily have stayed a few more days.

The only thing we were disappointed about was having to leave!

Very homely

It was like staying at your parents place. They were very hospitable. Enjoyed the pool table and it was a lovely property. Breakfast provisions were more than enough.

We found the decor quite dated, everything was very clean, but it wasn't modern. We don't like fuss, so didn't really need the extra offerings, like turning the heater on before we arrived home, the hallway conversations and the hosts coming outside and waving us goodbye in the morning, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable, however we can appreciate that others might like this extra attention!

A home away from home with so much more!

It was a beautiful estate with scenic views and so peaceful. Harvey and Leanne were wonderful hosts, both went above and beyond to accommodate from the details in the room to the kitchen. And also made you feel welcome.

What an enchanting experience it was staying at Claggett estate. Leanne and Harvey made us feel like at home. Their paradise estate is an epitome of perfection: the place is spotless and neat to the level of a 7 star hotel. If you want to spend an iddilyc holiday in country Victoria, look no further than Claggett estate!

Tis stay for us was exceptional. Owners were also our hosts and gave us well avove average service from when we arrived until we left. The whole presentation of the property from entry, driveway,the building itself , the view , maintenance is a credit to Harvey and Leanne. Attention to detail in all areas is amazing. Breakfast was just like home and would cater for all tastes. Glad we stayed

The house was in a peaceful country setting, conveniently close to the township of Gisborne, with an impressive games room, gym and tennis court. Our hosts were very welcoming and our room spacious and comfortable (especially the mattress!) A generous full breakfast was included,
