Excellent host. Superb hospitality with most sincere top service that makes you immediately felt welcome. Host was so friendly and helpful with restaurant bookings, car parking and showing the way around the ski slopes. Location was superb, just off the Main Street, so it’s quiet yet highly accessible. Rooms were most comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. We’ll be back!

The owner was exceptionally friendly and served a fantastic home cooked (and partly home grown) Japanese breakfast the next morning.
The room was Japanese style and very comfortable. There was an onsen (free to use!) in the basement

Very central and convenient location, for either side of the mountain. Great rooms with shared bathroom (Onsen) on lower level. Also an easy walk to bus station for returning to Iiyama train station.
