It was easy to reach and the room was very comfortable. It was good value for money and the staff was very helpful during the check in!
The door to the hallway was very thin and could hear all people passing by

Well, situated to visit Villa d’Este and local restaurants. Simone was very welcoming and helpful.
Parking was complicated and you need to be very aware of the ZTL zones. Breakfast is served at a nearby location but don’t expect a full breakfast - you get a coffee and very sweet croissants.
If travelling with a CPAP machine, maybe mention it to ensure you have an outlet to plug it next to the bed as this was an issue for one of us.

Absolutely fabulous location- busy little square with cafes and shopping and an easy stroll to tourist sites.
Clean and comfortable. Quiet inside despite being in a busy area on a Saturday night. The room was better than expected from the pictures!
A little trouble getting our keys because of the way the office is set up- absolutely must use WhatsApp- that's how the phone number works. Once we figured it out (with the help of a local friend) it was fine and the manager was super accommodating and helpful!

Die Lage ist super
Das komplette Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und schlecht ausgestattet. Die Straße war relativ laut, die Betten durchgelegen und das Kopfkissen viel zu dick.
