Location, hosts, spacious home, view ❤️
Would be nice to renew some decorations:)

Our hosts were absolutely lovely. There was a little issue with the plumbing which they worked really quickly to resolve. The view and location in a very quiet peaceful area away from the hustle of Kotor old town was beautiful. Easy walk to little supermarket and some nice restaurants. Perfect place to unwind.
We found it very difficult to get to the property when we arrived in Kotor as we didn't have a car. We thought we would be able to get a taxi from the bus depot but found this was very expensive and often taxi's simply refused to take us. We got the bus instead which was ok, but also very unreliable. This is not a negative about the property at all, but important for guests to know that they may not be able to rely on taxi's.

Location lovely (own transport would be advantageous, local bus very erratic).
Spacious accommodation.
Large balcony, as long as you like cats...
Fridge / freezer did not work. New one required...not available at all for our stay.
Accommodation a bit dated and tired.
Outside area needs a good tidy up.

Very well located in a quieter area of the bay, free parking is very convenient as it's not easy in this area.
The apartment itself is okay but feels a bit dated, for quite a steep price. It looked like there have been some moisture issues in the bathroom and the light switches looked sketchy. When we arrived the second evening, there was apparently no water in the whole area. This can of course happen, but it would have been nice to get a warning from the host that this happens often and when we tried calling him he was really annoyed and not friendly at all. We didn't meet anyone during check-in, but this was definitely not a nice experience.
