No aircone, toilets are not as clean, no safe, no door sign “do not disturb “ , no hot water in the bathroom, poor breakfast

we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady on reception , she gave us lots of advice and was always there to help us , the property is in the perfect location right on the end of the main strip of argassi but also very peaceful , the beach/sea is right outside your room if your sea view

Everything was fine!

I was a guest of Chrissy Akti for one week and I was very impressed by this place. The staff was very polite and helpful. They kept our room clean and tidy every day! The location was excellent, close to the shops, restaurants, car and motorcycle rentals as well as tour agencies. Our room had a beautiful seaview. The breakfast was very good, too. Strongly recommend this hotel!
