Hotel Sahrai

The property is stunning, especially the pool area. It an alright hotel very comfortable but not worth the price, many better properties in Fes for that amount of money.

1. Restaurant - the Italian one was ok but very slow service and overpriced. The Moroccan was tragic, the tagine was the worst we’ve ever had - basically boiled vegetables and meat, no flavour. The breakfast selection was ok but mostly mid quality pastries. If you want American pancakes or crepes you need to pay extra. 2. The spa is horrendously overpriced, a massage nears the price of the room (£40 for 20 mins) 3. The reception staff was a bit rude sometimes. We asked to call a taxi to the airport, they said that normal taxis don’t go there (we then saw a lot of them there, it was just their way of selling us £45 airport transfer which by a normal taxi would be max £10.) 4. Our room was ok but overlooking a car park, we couldn’t open the window. The bathroom is nice and glass (although only couples can stay there, don’t go as friends or family unless you’re comfortable seeing each other in the shower). The toilet was a dingy room that needed repainting.

The hotel is stunning, it has a lovely pool, nice restaurants of different cuisines and the staff were really friendly. The pictures don’t the hotel justice! My friends and I would definitely return.

The gym is currently being renovated but they have moved some of the equipment to another room for guests to use them there.

The property was very modern and beautifully furnished. Very Zen!. The staff was very helpful and the Jungle resturant was excellent. Great food and great views !.

Lebanese restaurant and Breakfast where amazing, Transportation staff too.

The room had a terrible shower and you had to watch out for not slipping due to the fact that the water was running into the bathroom floor, even after complaining a couple of times, it was not fixed.
