Die Unterkunft war in allem perfekt für 4 Nächte Panama-City zum Start der Reise. Gute Lage, man kann am Meer bis in die Altstadt laufen oder ein Taxi nehmen und ist in unter 10 Minuten dort.

Die Preise für Konsumationen im Hotel sind eher etwas zu hoch.

Keine physische Menü-Karte für Room-Service mehr. Restaurants im Hotel schliessen um 22 Uhr. Geht nicht für diesen Price-Rannge. Habe lange gearbeitet und musste hungrig ins Bett.

Good view, large rooms and soft beds.

Terrible welcome from unfreindly staff - it's an old fashioned Hilton in general. Staff are the main issue, you have to use 2 elevators to go from the entrance to the rooms. The pool is much smaller than the photos online, it also has an awkward seating configuration. If you're booking for the pool, look elsewhere. The breakfast is not up to the level of a Hilton. It's a very basic Hilton that needs a refurb. The bathroom doors do not close becuase they are faux modern and glass. Beware of the concierge - he called us a taxi to go to the canal and charged us 3x the amount of our return journey. Use uber.

Location was perfect, King Suite had an amazing view of the ocean and of the ships lining up to enter the Panama Canal The pool level restaurant Saquella is AMAZING! Best good we had in Panana and much better for breakfast 💯

On one night ( Wednesday last) there was a party on the pool level. The music was not the issue it was the bass which was vibrating our room which was the problem. No other issues

The staff was very nice and super accomodating. All rooms were fully booked including the one I booked and paid for but as soon as we arrived they upgraded us to a SUITE!

the location is central so everything in Panama City. The Mediterranean restaurant was amazing!! I had it 2 times during my stay. Their fitness facility is also greatly equipped and has a nice view.

Pool under renovation wasn’t able to access that area.

Captivating views and exquisite hotel decor.

The hotel has a single gift shop near the elevator. I purchased items there; however, the staff was very rude. One of the ladies grabbed away a dress I had chosen telling me that it was not on discount. It was a language barrier issue; but she exercised intolerance and was unprofessional.

No one to take care of suitcases, you have to carry your own suitcase to the room. For the category and price this is unacceptable!!

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very good.

We were told a complimentary breakfast was provided, but was charged $25.

The staff was very unattentive and rude. The attitude of the staff, from front counter to restaurant, was dismissive as if they didn't care or unwilling to be helpful.
