Madison Spa Motel - Adults Only

The ease of checking in and checking out was great with a friendly face to assist. The bush view was good and was nice in the room with the sliding door open. The pool looked lovely although we didn’t use it this trip.

The bed was small and hard.

The room was nice and big and quiet, you couldn't hear anyone next door and it was super dark at night. The beds were super comfy and clean. Lovely view of the river gums through the back window. We didn't use the spa in our room but I loved the roman baths and the swimming pool! Really nice area to relax.

"Superfast reliable internet" was not superfast or reliable which really let me down as I wanted to finish an assignment while I was there. Need for a dimmer light for getting up in the night as the bedside lights light up the whole room!

Room was great, we had breakfast each morning which was nice. We also used the day spa- feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I like the location and the view is wonderful.

It’s certainly not what it used to be, it wasn’t as clean with a thick layer of dust on the remotes, stains on the cushions and bed throw, 1/2 full bath gel in bathroom and worst of all when I turned on the spa bath lots of hair came out of the jets. The tv didn’t appear to have any foxtel channels, no movies on demand like one website said and couldn’t even login to our Netflix, so no movie night for us which was sad. My husband tried to have breakfast but said he felt like they were shocked someone even came for breakfast and weren’t prepared but the food was nice. He asked about a massage and they just said “go find someone over there” there was no one else around so he went somewhere in town. The rooms lacked information, the info guide book was really out of date. They advertise as a “spa” but there is no spa menus or info in the rooms just a small bit on open hours. I only know there is a nail bar cause I saw it but otherwise no other info available. Also no info on the restaurant in the rooms and no phone to call reception to ask. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’ll be returning again now.
