room was clean everything was nice even staff all good

Mr Gusao is one of the nicest people you'll ever come across.

I really like the location of the hotel.It is very close to Colva and Sernabatim beach, food mart and eateries .Rooms are quite big.Toilet was big and quite clean.Fridge, oven and coffee maker were also provided.It has quite big balconies were u can dry your clothes.

They should focus on housekeeping.Housekeeping staffs are not cleaning properly.This is the only area that I feel they need to improve .

It's a very good hotel with affordable prices, excellent hygiene and hospitality. The owner of the hotel and staff are very cooperative and helpful. They provide everything you need at their best. The atmosphere feels homely. It feels like we have another home in Goa. Best hotel we have ever visited till now 😊 We would recommend everyone to come directly here without wasting time searching for another hotel! We also wish to come here again and again. 😊👍👍
