Great location, basic but clean and had everything you need.
Check in was awful. We were due to arrive on a Saturday when reception wasn’t open. I did not receive a message with how to access the property ahead of time so I messaged an hour before we were due to arrive. There was no response for over 3 hours. Fortunately there were other guests who helped us in and access the keys for us. After a 5 hour drive with a young child this was not what we needed.

It's quite close to the centre of Troyes, so handy. The little kitchenette in the studio meant we could self-cater for dinner instead of going out. We were travelling with our daughter and she had a single bed which was better than a sofa bed, so she was happy. The breakfast was well-organised and there was a fair amount of choice.

Kitchen is handy. Well placed to walk into the city
No smoke alarm in the room. Out of hours entry key pad is fixed so low you have to get on your knees to operate it. Even then it didn't work and we had to get a resident of the building to let us in, a favour returned later when we had to let a french couple in as they couldn't get it to work either.
