It’s a decent hotel for solo traveller.location is great..the payment method is daily and a big plus is you can check-out the same time as you check-in (i arrived around 9pm).Thank you Galina and Clara.i will definitely stay here again if i comeback to Almaty
A bidet in the bathroom would be great addition

Every thing was good and clean.
The location was just suitable for me.
Stuff was kind.
I really didn't like Paying every day.
The room is a bit smaller than what it looks in the pictures.. but that isn't an issue since it is a single room.

Stayed there a few times. Well organised. Close to supermarket, and bus stop where bus 12 takes you all the way to Shimbulak.. Metro 5' walk away.

Great location, friendly staff.
We booked five nights and had contacted the hotel beforehand that we would arrive at night. During our stay we received a message that we could have only four days, because we skipped the first day. Really frustrating, as we were asked to check out at the same time we checked in. Fortunately the staff was kind and we could book an extra night so we had five nights again, but it was really hard to accomplish, especially because the staff did not speak English.
