The service was perfect. The hotel was spacious and luxurious, and every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of.
The only thing that could be improved is the hotel shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, it doesn’t run frequently enough, so I wasn’t able to use it as my flight time was just a little too early.

The staff are amazing - so flexible and helpful! Breakfast is diverse and you can find anything you like. Aqua restaurant is also very delicious and offers a great experience.
Nothing to do with them but wish we could swim in the sea - it’s a shame that the government doesn’t allow this area for swimming.

Very nice room, nice swimming pools. Breakfast very nice. The rest was sub standard. Service poolside non existent, service at lobby lounge very poor. Room view very good
Service poolside non existent, service at lobby lounge very poor. Under staffed low service orientation. Very poor English. I have basic Chinese language live in China but found communication very challenging. Room was expensive and did not live up to expectations
