facilities and service are great.

It’s not about the hotel, but the tourist environment in this region, is still developing, not mature yet.

Very nice room, nice swimming pools. Breakfast very nice. The rest was sub standard. Service poolside non existent, service at lobby lounge very poor. Room view very good

Service poolside non existent, service at lobby lounge very poor. Under staffed low service orientation. Very poor English. I have basic Chinese language live in China but found communication very challenging. Room was expensive and did not live up to expectations

the beach is very far from hotel have to walk 1-2-3 km

1.It’s about 43km far from the airport and you could easy to get there. 2.They are upgraded our room that have nice sea view on the balcony for free. 3.Free shuttle bus to the airport.

If the AC could be cooler will be nice !
