Un cadre idyllique à l’extérieur de la ville dans un cadre au cœur de la nature. Nous avons passé 3 nuits avec mon fiancé dans la suite Junior et tout à été parfait de l’accueil jusqu’au petit déjeuner. Les personnes présentes à l’accueil sont toujours souriantes et très prévenantes; notre interlocuteur privilégié était Mehdi, très professionnel et patient, il est toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions(c’est la deuxième fois que nous revenons dans cet établissement avec mon fiancé). La suite est toujours très confortable, très propre, et nous avons même sollicitée la dame qui s’occupe de l’entretien qui s’est avérée très réactive et aux petits soins. La personne qui s’occupe du restaurant bar est très souriante et très avenante; nous avons pris l’apéritif un après midi au soleil… La piscine est très bien entretenue et le spa hammam fait toujours beaucoup de bien. Les personnes qui s’occupent du spa sont très douces et m’ont même donné des conseils beautés. La literie est très confortable, la couette très douce et la baignoire est très spacieuse. C’est devenu notre endroit préféré pour échapper à la réalité d’une vie à 200 à l’heure…

The photos in Booking.com is not real. The room is not well equipped. And doesn’t look clean.

The Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially with the Gentleman at Breakfast who went out of his way to serve us and remembered us every morning. The pool was great, loved the way it had the different jucuzzi sections.

For the price of the room it was very basic, the cleaner did not change the towels and clean the room every day and only left us 1 teabag and 1 coffee sachet each time, she didnt take away any old cups or glasses that we had used. The facilities of the spa were very sparce, there was 1 steam room available, and the sauna was closed. that was the extent of the spa facilities. except also an indoor pool. I had requested that we have the use of the spa and a massage on the sunday when i booked my room, (2weeks before) and when I asked about the massage when I arrived at the hotel, I was told this would not be available as you have to book months in advance for this. It was our wedding anniversary of 20years and we ask for a special room and massage, they supplied some red petals over the bed and that was our special room. a bit disappointed that they didnt upgrade our room or leave a chocolate or a bottle of wine for our special occassion. If I had known that the facilities would not be available I would of chosen a diffierent hotel so that we could have these. And the Restaurant was very basically decorated a bit like a hospital waiting room i would say, need some atmosphere in it. The menu was very very expensive only ate the night we arrived and for 2 main meals 2 deserts and a bottle of the cheapest wine it was 180.00 for two people, which was exstorshon hasen to say we did not eat there again.

Chambre petite mais confortable, très bon petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, repas au restaurant au top ! merci au Chef ! Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique, bonne literie Tout s'est très bien passé

Installée en RDC près de la porte d'accès, un peu gênée par les allers-retours Il faut s'y prendre très à l'avance pour réserver un soin spa... pas de place sur le we...

Le balcon de la chambre était très grand mais malheureusement les oiseaux faisaient leurs besoins sur le balcon ... pas de la faute de l'hôtel !
