The property was very clean, loads of balcony space, comfy beds, great air con, the kitchen facilities sufficient for a holiday and the location and views are lovely. The hosts were really nice, kind and helpful. They couldn’t accommodate a late check out but allowed one of our party to use an empty apartment to freshen up. You couldn’t be any closer to the beach and though there’s no real sunbathing facilities on-site for the price of a drink you can use the loungers of the local restaurants all day.

We weren’t aware they’d only be cleaning once during the week we spent there, and had to ask for cloths to wipe up in the bathroom and kitchen and empty our own bins. Didn’t realise there was no tv, which wouldn’t have been too big a problem but the WiFi was temperamental and the signal didn’t reach the rear balcony where we spent most of our mornings. There are a few beach front restaurants, but they’re not a great standard or a great price (for what you get). We didn’t heed the car warnings but You.Do.Need.A.Car., taxis are expensive and buses to and from Kato Katelios are limited. There are three mini markets within walking distance, fresh produce is somewhat limited but you can get the essentials; they’re also a little expensive.

So friendly and helpful. Plenty of beautiful green around.....lovely quiet settings. Katelios is a beautiful quiet village. Hosts so willing to help. Strongly recommended

The location is superb. 2 minutes from tavernas, cafes and beach. We liked the overall relaxing feel of the environment. There were two outside seating areas for the room. We loved the back balcony overlooking the mountains as more private. However there is a front seating area with a sea view. The facilities were good and everything we needed. However due to the close proximity to Katelios All we needed was a kettle for the morning tea and fridge to keep the wine cool for a balcony night. Good air-con and My husband liked the electric shutters!! The family were really friendly but respected our space and privacy but if we needed anything they were keen to ensure they helped straight away.This is our second visit and we will definitely return again.

The only thing that could be improved is the drainage in the bathroom as the floor always seemed wet.
