First of all location is amazing, near all the popular attractions, so you can walk up to 15min to all of them. Secondly staff and the owner were really kind and helped us with all the information that we wanted to know (even gave us a map of Fes to have better orientation). On the top of it you have breakfast included and it is amazing! You can fill up your stomach really good. Also room was big, with AC for fresh air and really clean. At evening hours you can go on the rooftop terrace where you can chill and watch a sunset, it’s magical.

Khadija was extremely kind and helpful. Made us feel like home, helped us with every request we had (even organized a very early breakfast for us, thanks!). The riad is beautiful, clean and in a very good position. We can reccomend it to everyone. Hope to see you again:)

The hospitality was great. Morning breakfast was varied and a cultural experience!
Because it is in a court yard you can easily hear other guests but we were not disturbed but conscious that others could hear us ?!?

Friendly staff, kitchen access. Good location to get a taxi.
The room was so small, the bed was terrible. The mattress caved in the middle, sleeping like a burrito. The shower head was terrible, squirting water everywhere. The drain didn’t work so the bathroom was flooded. The WiFi didn’t reach all the way upstairs.
Need new mattress, new shower head and fix the drain.
