The space was great - a large living area with convenient dining nook, a fair sized kitchen with a washing machine, a good bedroom and a good bathroom! There is AC in the living and dining area, which is in fact large enough to move the sleeper sofa so that it has almost a private space as well. We took advantage to sit in the communal courtyard in the afternoon as our unit on the ground level did not have a balcony or terrace, and that was extremely pleasant.

Overall the unit was great, but it was directly next to the ramp to the parking so the first morning we were awakened by someone giving instructions to another person on where to park their loud scooter or motorbike. Otherwise, as far as the ground units go I believe it was one of the best as there was no reason for there to be any foot traffic by the windows and so we had a good deal of privacy if we raised the blinds or opened the curtains. For people looking for an option with a pool for days when the water is cold, this is not a facility with that amenity.

Everything perfect.

Spacious for our family. Everyone had privacy and space. Grateful for the washer in the kitchen and dryer in basement.

I had to buy a hairdryer. I wish one had been provided. As an American, I would have appreciated washcloths, as well. Some of the towels were not absorbent. They just spread the water around. We have an Air BnB and made sure to get high-quality towels, which the guests were happy about.

It was a bit dated. The rooms were small.

Location is perfect. A minute walking distance from the beach and a few minutes from many restaurants. All within walking distance. Parks and bicycle lanes nearby. Quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. Awesome staff. Feels safe and secure. Apartment has everything one needs.

No complaints

The check-in was easy. Location is PERFECT. Free parking is a lifesaver Bc the beach area NEVER has street parking available. Staff is great. Call 10 minutes before arrival so they can give you the access to your parking spot Bc again, there is never room on the surrounding streets

The place was clean. The furniture and stuff could have been better but who cares! We came for the beach and to spend time with family
