Friendly and helpful greeting - host gave contact details and responded immediately to any request. Cleaner came daily.
Spacious and light apartment with lovely views, Lovely rural position but close proximity to good coffee shop, restaurants, shop and beaches.
Easy parking.
Nothing I could fault. It might have been nice to have a cafetiere to make coffee. Possibly a comfortable chair to sit in - however I appreciate it is best to keep away from soft furnishings because of Covid

Beautiful peaceful location, but has literally all facilities nearby, including beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. Dennis is a very kind and helpful host. Rooms have the most stunning views. Rooms are well facilitated and clean.
Shower is on the small side. Maybe a washing machine for the entire villa would be welcome. Other than that, perfect stay!

If you are going to Zakynthos stay at Villa Joanna! The room was brilliant, very clean, with great views. The location is just wonderful, a tranquil little oasis in amongst the olive groves but with beaches and tavernas just a short walk away. Dennis was a perfect host. Can't recommend it enough!

The hotel is very neat. The price is very good and the location also (close to beaches, restaurants, stores). Water pressure was good and also almost instant hot shower. I believe all if not most rooms have their own balcony and table. Kitchen is staffed and you can heat water to make coffee. Guests are asked to keep common-sense quiet (no parties, no unnecessary revving of engines and so on). Has parking.
No mosquito nets. Bring your own anti-mosquito device (the one that you plug in the wall outlet). They are country-side mosquitos which did not bite but can be a nuisance. Toilet reservoir maybe needs replacing next season, it took its time but silenced after it did its thing though… so no penalty.

Perfect location in the middle of an olive grove quiet and peaceful very relaxing yet village amenities close by .lovely walk through the trees to a choice of Sandy beaches Plaka was our favourite what more could you want, plus a perfect host in Dennis very helpful completing our P L form.

the bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, very simplistic kitchenette, not even a french press or espresso machine, fridge needs an upgrade, cleaning lady does mediocre work

The villa is in a great location, close to beaches, surounded by beautiful nature and offers a scenic view. The studio was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host was very welcoming and helpfull. Enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend!

It was a pleasure for us to stay here due to the quietness of the area and the amazing view we had from our balcony. There are supermarkets nearby and a bakery which has amazing food. The bus station is also nearby.
The room was good maintained and there is a cleaning lady that comes everyday there.
Close to some beaches and taverns.
Dennis is a nice and friendly person.

The nearby sandy beach was very clean and beautiful. There were shops and good restaurants in a short walking distance.
The air conditioner did not work properly, therefore there was extremely hot in the apartment and we could not sleep well. The cleaning lady left our street-facing doors of the balcony open for all day even though we left everything closed. The fridge was very loud, we had to turn it off during the night.

Location was perfect, in an olive tree Grove, very quiet and private due to the beautiful garden built around the property.
Vasilikos is fantastic and everywhere there was within walking distance. You only need the car to explore some of harder to reach beaches and other parts of the island, but you have plenty within walking distance on nice small paths.
Amazing restaurants nearby too.
Dennis was a great host and gave us recommendations, sorted us a taxi and a car rental and allowed us to use the room after our checkout time so we could have one last swim at the beach and then shower. Great place and a great host.

Villa Joanna is a beautiful home located in Vasilikos, a cute little village. We enjoyed our week a lot and the flat had everything we needed (+ a super cute little cat). Dennis was extremely nice and helpful and answered all our questions. We had a wonderful week and we look forward to come back. We recommend this place!

Location was quite good not far from the sea. Anyway approach is best with car as well as possibility to go anywhere we wanted.
