Nice apartment, really clean, bathroom with washing machine and bath, comfy bed, balcony with a view, basic kitchen. Sauna, indoor play zone for kids, outside a lot of scooters, and vehicles for children, playground, and some animals (sheep, goats, rabbits, hen, guinea-pigs).

Outdoor playground a bit outdated and not very nice with grass not cut. Anti mosquito nets with holes, creaking doors.

Everything was perfect and excellent and I was happy to stay in the apartment, the owners are making huge efforts to keep the apartment clean and I would defiantly recommend it

Beautiful location , delicious breakfast with local specialties, good place for families with children , eco friendly , breakfast for 9 euro worth it . Lots of facilities for children , sauna , playroom , gym . Highly recommended ❤️

Everything, the House is beautiful, the owners are amazing, the facilities and the view are outstanding.

There were so many things to like about this place - the exceptional sauna facility, and the fact that it could  be used privately; the top-level ski equipment dryers; the very quaint and inviting interior design both in the common areas, and the rooms; fresh eggs for sale (perfect for breakfast!); the wonderfully equipped kitchen in our room; the large balcony and the beautiful view from it. The list goes on, but I will leave it to new guests to discover for themselves. :)

Beautiful looking house where u instantly feel home. We searched for a place to work (IT jobs) for a few days. This place was not only super clean, everything was so cozy. We stayed in a room with a lot of light which made our workday a breeze. We also had a balcony and fast WIFI. After working we were able to take a warm shower and do a clothing wash in the laundry. The kitchen also has an oven and dish washer. What more can you wish off? Well... this hotel has a SAUNA! which is completely free of charge.. don't hesitate to come here, you won't regret it. Also the price/quality is amazing, you get a 5* stay for a bargain.

The place is very clean with brand new kitchen including a very fast oven. Anita (landlord) is very helpful and knowledgeable. The place has a nice balkony. It is located on a working farm. It's located far from the main road meaning it's very quite. The place is definitely a great value for money. I strongly recommend it. I will be back.

Great localisation for people who are looking for quiet and isolated place. 20 - 25 minutes of travel by car from Kaprun or Zell am See lifts. Free use of sauna. Ski room including heater for ski boots. Apartments fully equipped including washmachine and dishwash. At appartement's kitchen there is possibility to prepere all kind of meal. Big fridge. Very nice and helpful owner. For sure will return
