What I loved the most: the host was very communicative and flexible to my requests. He gave detailed explanations and replied quickly to my messages.
The beds were very comfortable for sleeping.
The room was spacious, it was in a quiet place, and it was well lit during daytime thanks to the windows on the ceiling.
The accommodation is located on hilly terrain, so we had to walk for a bit from the main train station or the closest tram station, uphill. It wasn't too bad though, more of a small inconvenience.

The mattress was so soft, it felt like sleeping on a cloud! After a concert it felt like heaven. The place felt very clean too and smelled great. I also loved the fact that the check in was from 12 am and that it was independent.
