Abbiamo apprezzato l’offerta della colazione sempre variegata e la cortesia del personale alla porta della sicurezza

Partendo dal presupposto che Praia non è una città turistica alla pari di altre isole di Capo Verde, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi con la stanza ed il personale: all’inizio ci avevano dato una stanza singola per due, lamentato il problema ci hanno fatto spostare in una stanza al quinto piano senza la biancheria del letto e senza asciugamani - chiedendo di sistemare la situazione ci hanno detto che le cameriere non sarebbero arrivate fino domani mattina. Le receptionist per niente cordiali e spesso mal disposte. L’ascensore mai stato riparato rispetto anche ai commenti dei precedenti ospiti

only one bath towel and i payed for the room on the entry. next day I left my card at reception with the indication of one staff and one other staff get out on the street asking me for the room payment. lucky I had the proof of payment with me and it was solved. they should increase the communication

Excellent location for those coming for business. Staff is friendly and helpful

Improvements: - There was no shampoo/shower gel at the shower cabin. The dispenser was empty. - There was no list of numbers to dial at the room (reception, restaurant). Had to go down to the reception to ask. - The wifi password is not given with the room key nor provided in the room. Had to ask the reception. - The wifi connection in the top floors is very poor.
