The room was clean and well equipped, lovely view of the sea and the pier, the breakfast was excellent, loved the eggs benedict, I told the hosts Colin and Sandra it was the best I had ever had and I meant it!
Colin and Sandra were very friendly and always had time for a little chat

Great location as right on the promenade.
The room didn’t have the best view as ours was overlooking the car park.
