We didn’t expect the resort to be so run down & a lot of old room units / restaurants unused / poorly maintained, even unfinished units. It was just very unsightly. Buggies used to ferry guests were old & rusty. Bedside table only on 1 side which is bizarre, my husband had to use a chair for another side. Room towels appeared so old & was given 1 with tar stains. Last day of check out, we waited 30mins for the buggy to turn up. Good job we buffered more time to airport.

Outdoor shower ! Really nice flat / bungalow. Good breakfast, responsive staff, nice beach, good pools and sunbeds.

Quite tight on water, for the price you would expect better than four tiny bottles per day in the room between 2 people. Also bad weather meant we couldn’t go in the sea.

더레벨 사용하고 있어서 프라이빗 풀 있었는데 일정상 하루밖에 못들어갔지만 수심이 그렇게 깊지는 않았지만 좋았고 더레벨 사용하시는 분이 많이 없으셨는지 붐비지는 않았어요. 애프너눈 서비스도 한 번정도 이용 했는데 술 무제한이고 핑거스낵도 먹을 만했어요 직원분들 다 친절하시고 ㅋㅋ 재밌는건 야외샤워장인데 밖에서 안에 절대 안보여서 재밌었어요 더레벨룸 쓰시는 뷴들은 조식도 테이블 따로고 주문하면 가져다 주시는데 저희는 커피만 주문하고 그냥 뷔페에서 자유롭게 떠먹었어용 물이랑 수건은 계속 가져다주셨고 날씨만 좋았다면 완벽했을거 같아요 룸청소는 엄청 깨끗하게 안해쥬시는데 말하면 깔끔하게 해주실거 같고 직원분 중에 Diep Jasmine Nhi 이라는 여성직원분 친절하고 좋으셔요 더레벨룸이라서 레이 체크아웃해서 여유롭게 나왔어요. 대부분 영어서비스인데 못알아들어도 번역기 돌려서 보여주셔서 한인관광객들 묵으셔도 충분할거 같아요

조식 메뉴가 좀 더 다양했으면 좋았을거 같아요.

Breakfast was okay

The property did not give me rooms that I paid for. As alternative they recommended higher category rooms that were full of stench. I decided to take lower class rooms in the building that I booked. They did not refund any amount despite giving me lower class rooms. Strangely they asked me to pay in cash for every small room service or spa service. They even kept my daughters as HOSTAGE and did not allow them to leave before I come to spa from my room at 1030 in the night and pay them first. Upon long discussion in person, they did put the charge to my room, why initial stubbornness. Completely unprofessional attitude and treatment.

Amazing resort with great beach and pool area! Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent service delivery

No good points that I can recall of. The property was old and not attended. Lobbies of each building beside the main reception were abandoned and gloomy all day. Especially the morning. I called to ask help to drain the sink, waited for more than 30 minutes at 1:00am, still did not come and called again and waited another 15 minutes. The person could not understand my request and useless. I called for someone who is able to communicate, waited another 5 minutes. The receptionist gave a lame excuse that they had guests checking in. Haha. For the last hour or so at 1:00 am? It was already 2:30am but the time they came to give a lousy excuse. The floor is just stone and bare, like a cheap beach themed resort. Shower takes like 7 minutes to heat up and super hard to adjust to the right temperature. At the check out, they didn’t give me a receipt until I asked and that took another 5 minutes. Super bad professional attitude, old and bare furnishing and bad facility. Visited as I was recommend by a friend but will never come again let alone recommend to anyone.

When we arrived welcoming staff were lovely as they were trying to get us to pay for an upgrade. Which seemed ok until we eventually declined only to find out we couldn’t stay in our original room and they had to upgrade us for free 🤬

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was amazing. Great customer service.

The first night we stayed in the main building, which was quite rundown. We then paid more money to be upgraded to the level rooms which were nicer, however a little dated.

Its on a really nice beach, its great to go on the beach and chill as well as the pool area is next to the beach which is very chill and nice as well, The breakfast was really good as well, they provided multiple cuisines. Its located next to all the big resorts in the area. and its very close to Marble mountains you can walk from there to visit it.

The staff did not speak very good english so it was hard to communicate at times. Also there Ala carte food isnt that great either.

The layout and style of the resort was great. Fab afternoon tea with cocktails! Beautiful pools and wonderful staff.

Location perfect right on the beach - with no road between. 2 great pools right next to the beach with lovely views. Room was spacious. Great buffet breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Comfortable bed.

We didn’t have a balcony, so drying bathers was a little tricky.

Melia Resort exceeded our expectations. It was very contemporary, clean and very beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was stunning with beautiful white sand, very clean water to swim in and hardly a soul on the beach. The hotel pools were all very nice with plenty of sun loungers around each one. The main pool had a swim up bar which we loved. Truly stunning vistas from the main pool over the beach and sea. Great options for food with a selection of restaurants on site, the breakfast had a vast selection. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, looked brand new. We were a family of 4 and we all loved the hotel. Good location between Danang and Hoi An and still easily accessible by car. Marble Mountains was walking distance.

The property is right on the beach and has multiple pools

The service was very mixed. The breakfast staff were very good but the pools kept running out of towels and no one was in attendance at the exclusive Level pool for new towels. The room cleaning was haphazard. No bath towels left on first day and despite calling reception not delivered. Another day we asked them to clean but had to call again. It took nearly 20 minutes to check out

Relaxing resort area, quite small so very easy to walk around. Easy access to the ocean. Pools are spacious and quiet in general. Food in hotel's restaurants were excellent taste.

There was only one hat in the room so it was a bit inconvenient. The traditional hat is perfect for hot weather but only one of us can use it. Room service only provide bottle and can at 8.30pm. No bar on the premise even though the resort is far away from town.

Loved the breakfast beach and pool

Perfect location with our own beach and several pool areas. The distance to Danang was just a few minutes with a taxi and just 15 km to Hoi An. Very calm place. The staff was very friendly, service minded and professional. Clean and nice rooms and good afternoon tea every day. Stay at The Level, it’s the best!

Difficult to find something…

The resort is just stunning! The staff are so sweet and friendly! We got upgraded to a fab ocean view suit! The food was delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner! We had a massage and the entire spa experience was just out of this world! We picked our own oil from a collection and the massage was the best we’ve ever had! The vibes at all the restaurants are so romantic and I just can’t believe we are leaving!!!
