House was excellent. Spotless, had everything you could need for your stay. Warm and comfortable. We stayed over the New Year and the house was dressed for Xmas which was lovely. The owner lives nearby, was very helpful and friendly. Kept us informed by text on our arrival and when we departed. Walking distance to Skipton. About 15 mins. Skipton is a great small town,with shops, restaurants and bars. Lots of walking in the area.

Only a small niggle was the parking. Its in the lane behind the house but a bit tight if you have a large car. We parked on the street which was ok for us.

Fantastic cottage. So cosy and clean. 10 min walk into skipton. Onsite parking. Modern furniture and amenities. Excellent home from home. Annette the owner was friendly and very helpful.

Location was perfect, so many things within walking distance and places to take the dog. Host was exceptional and made sure our stay was special (it was our first Christmas away). House was beautifully decorated and had pretty much everything you need! Tea, coffee, sugar provided. Beautiful roll top bath was perfect for relaxing in after a long dog walk. I would certainly come back and further explore the local area.

Nothing! Everything was perfect! If I had to make a small suggestion, a serated knife would have been handy for the kitchen and a large serving spoon, but that's all 🙂 Host has made this place a real home from home!

Lovely house and location. Nice and close to Skipton and a wonderful coffee shop! We're hoping to book again for next year
