Instructions had been given and the lady was there on arrival. Welcome cake and tea/coffee. Location worked for us seeing family close by and the property had an enclosed garden for the dog.

Hidden costs that were not on booking.com that we had to pay which added an extra £45 to the cost of the stay. Had I known this up front I would not have booked the property. Dog cost is excessive - never paid £30 for any accommodation to take my dog. Now I'm having a fight to get some of this back. Property is dated, comfy enough aside of the single beds, bit dusty. I don't personally think it's worth the money however for what it is. I've had nicer for half the price in the same area.
