Only there for an overnight stay and arrived late but our host waited to let us in which was nice.
Big room with a hugh outdoor area.
The old style key was a bit of a struggle to use.

Very convenient access to beaches, restaurants, the town center, AND the Palermo airport!

Very nice staff, very available. Also a good location not far from the water. And it was clean.
I found the reviews misleading. Pay attention to the "comfort" designation. I turned down a rental that I stayed in before that offered more for the same price because I was under the impression that this was a waterfront property, but there are a number of apartments that they run in this neighborhood and mine was a small ground floor room further from the water and with a window that didn't open, so no natural light. There is also no breakfast that is offered with the "comfort" rooms.

"Super Lage sehr nahe am Strand und Zentrum. Hübsche moderne Wohnung, netter Empfang und Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft."
