Location was great. Staff and breakfast were awesome. Loved the high ceilings in the room.
Everything was great.

The location of the hotel could not have been better. Just steps away from the Duomo and tons of restaurants and shops. The room had plenty of space, and our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She had a taxi booked for us to the Florence train station within minutes after we requested it. The room also included a breakfast option from 8:00-10:00 am which was nice, though we only used it one day. Finally, the bathroom and shower were fantastic.
The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, and the entrance to the hotel was not very inviting. If you're looking for a hotel with a welcoming lobby, this is not the stay for you. The bed was also not very comfortable, but this was the case at every hotel we stayed at in Italy so it might just be the norm. All this being said, we were pleased with our stay for the price.

Great communication prior to check-in. Easy code to front door, lift and ease of finding room after reception hours. Lovely breakfast setup and staff prepared room service food order- a wonderful touch that made our morning that much smoother with two kids in tow.
Everything about this place was fabulous, so let me say this is a tiny detail but could be addressed for future guests- the shower doors do not shut all the way, so we went through several bath mats to take showers. No time wasted, just feel like this is an easy fix that can be addressed.

The property is located in a very good location for all the attractions. It was clean and spacious.
The breakfast was an interesting situation and the staff wasn’t available on a few hours of the day.
