we love absolutely everything, the location is great , just a block away from the main streets , very close to everything yet very quiet. the staff is amazingly helpful and nice, all guests are treated as family . the beach is just maybe 800 ft or so from the property .

there is no such thing , we really like this hotel.

Property was a little ways off the beaten track which made for a nice quiet place- and still an easy walk for supplies, restaurants, shopping or the beach! Breakfast was included and was delicious and different every day! Safe included, fridge little kitchen everything you needed.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but one of my roommates didn’t like the stairs up to the rooms- ps. the staff are happy to help with your luggage

The highlight of the property is the pool area. It is very cute, well-decorated with bright colors, and pleasent to sit on the terrace and to swim. The breakfast was absolutely delicious; one of the best I had in Costa Rica (and for free!). The room was fine, and the semi-open attached shower a plus. The owner(s) were quite nice and welcoming.

It was not a good value for the money. The quality of the room itself was perfectly fine, but not what I would expect for the price. I have stayed in multitudes of lower-priced/budget accommodations in CR & Central America that are much nicer. I know it's Tamarindo, but still.

No breakfast variety but it was tasty

Breakfast was great. Big and hearty would fill any stomach. I love the layout of the whole place, had a very jungle like vibe to it. Have to mention the beds, boy if there is something that is essential to any threat stay is a comfy bed. And let me tell you, those beds are like little pieces of heaven. Also, honorable mention to the owners, so friendly and accommodating.

The location, it was kind of sketch when you roll up at night. Once you get acquainted to the place it’s no big deal but on first impression, it was a little creepy.

Beautiful place, just outside the buzz of town. Still within walking distance. Very friendly people! Nice pool to cool off.

The bungalow was very cool, with a private spa, and great view from the upstairs bedroom. Breakfast was cooked to order every morning which was great.

The shower was huge. Comfy beds and spacious room with a nice kitchenette. Loved the table right in front to have breakfast. The breakfast was nice.

I wasn't expecting the stairs, we had heavy luggage and had to carry everything from the endless mud in the parking lot, if it rains it is a mess. The receptionist there offered no help and didn't even say we were going upstairs, we would've left some stuff in the car. There is no security in the paeki g lot. The shower went from boiling water to cold, no in between and there's no water pressure.

Breakfast was good, freshly made and included fruit, juice, coffee, The room layout was surprising and it was spacious and clean with a fridge. The pool was good but small if all guests are there at the same time. But we did not see that and the water was cool.

I think the parking space could be improved a bit to have a solid floor to avoid the mud when it rains as you could bring that in the room in your shoes.
