Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location. The flat looks modern, is fresh and comfortable.

all white rooms with 56k color lights made it not feel nice. a little art on the walls and 32k lights would make it feel a lot homier.

- good value for money; we were off season in march - good location, near everything - fridge, kitchen - generous room as space

- sound isolation not that ok. There was also a family with 3 kids on same floor, sunday morning 7am they were up and yelling. They didn't stop till 9. Yes it's also the parents that need to intervene but the noise penetration was quite consistent - quite soft mattress for my taste - couldn't figure out how to start hot water heating. A flyer guide in the room would have been useful

Well one of those that are ok for few, couple nights but definitely not first choice for next Larnaca visit.

Location, managed to find parking, warm water

Didn't feel safe considering the front door that was meant to be locked, we kept finding left open. The room was freezing. Dark dark room lit with florescent lights. Felt like being in a prison - photos do not reflect reality. Rusted fridge, broken lamp and broken tv remote. Aircon that blew only cold air - we politely mentioned that we had just recovered from being sick and needed a warm room (and management - curly blonde haired middle aged woman - was rude and did nothing about it - maintenance staff was friendly and tried to heat the freezing room). We received, upon request, a flimsy blanket for warmth. Noise all night - felt more like living in slum housing than a hotel /apartment place for vacation. We haven't left a hotel willingly so early before in our lives. There are better places for better prices in the area - which we moved to quickly.

A very comfortable quite spacious apartment with a kitchen, a comfy couch and a TV (though I didn't watch it). The bed was very comfortable, I had very good sleep. Location is great. 2 minutes to the beach, nice pubs and cafes just around the corner. A quite cheep good car rental agency is just around the corner. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I'm absolutely satisfied.

I had to turn the water heater in advance and had to wait for 20 minutes before I can take shower. But as I understand it's very common in Cyprus. At least my friends who live there have similar systems. A microwave oven in the kitchen would be very handy. More socket adapters would be handy too.

Very central and close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property was clean.

A bed

I got absolutely nothing like on photos. I have ordered a big room with a kitchen and I stayed in a tiny one with very reduced kitchenette. Another issue is the noise you can hear through the entrance door, you can hear every step behind your door. Also, there was an issue with hot water and with a door to the shower it can stuck.
