Kind, helpful staff, a very clean, well-appointed room, and good breakfast.
Nothing! We did have trouble navigating there multiple times using multiple platforms. They took us to the back side, which does not access the building.

This location was super clean and Nadia was always available to answer questions and offer needed info. The breakfast was very nice and self serve so no timelines to keep. The room had everything you could need including a wonderful balcony plus a backyard with hammock which I never had time to relax in. The city is very walkable.
For me, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows a bit soft but that is each persons specific body type. I sleep on my side so it was hard on my shoulders as I turned from side to side. It is in no way a criticism. The sheets, towels, floors were extra clean so the few nights was not a problem.
