The AC worked in the apartment. They provided iron & ironing board. Location wise everything was within walking distance. Very close to the beach. Market selling clothes outside is really great.

Sadly this is the only place that we stayed at in Budva that was highly disappointing. To enter you must walk through a hotel. It is a building that is on the side of the hotel. The door is kept open so that anyone can walk through. The apartment looked nice, but was riddled with issues. 1.shower was broken, when showering water sprayed everywhere, 2.toliet seat was broken, 3.bed was uncomfortable 4. broken things in kitchen e.g bottle opener, blunt knives, 5.view from balcony was not what was advertised 6.noise at night from music/ people was loud. If you want a restful place to sleep I would avoid this place.

great appartment size, view and swimming pool is a plus especially for kids

The pans in the kitchen were not cleaned. The parking was very expensive. No breakfast included. The beds were not comfortable, not of good quality. Overall too expensive for what you get.

very disappointed not like the pictures. location is very bad. staff members were not helpful and promised me to refund my money back after I cancelled the rest of reservation and didn’t refund. apartment is filthy and smelly. water stopped for have of the day. very bad experience will not book this apartment again and don’t recommend it at all.

Apartment was big anda clean and has a sea view at balcony. 10 minutes to the old city. There is a pool on the terrace which has a great view as well.

Bathroom water was smelling really bad, didnt felt like I am clean after the shower.

No parking included in price.( 25€/ day) [4 days +100€] Indoor pool with sauna not included in price (24€ per person/ day) [ 4 days x2 persons +192€] Outdoor pool on rooftop has a nice view but nothing else. Nothing to eat, nothing to drink. Apartment had iron table, but no iron. I left my brand new t shirt in apartment..sent an email asking about it and about possibillity shipping it to me and me covering all expenses, still no answer [ more than 24hours since an email] So 4 days/ 3 nights ~350€ Pool and parking~300€
