Ocean view, huge apartment, two swimming pool with nice view, nice beach with direct entrence, good breakfast.

Not free entrance with strong face control guardian Wich I don't like and don't feel freedom. When u going out u ring the bell and waiting to much time that guardian open door. So it's not free entrance and exit like in prison

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de supermercado y otras tiendas. Transporte público de fácil acceso. La playa, piscina e instalaciones espectaculares, se puede acceder a los servicios de restaurant y bar del hotel del mismo condominio si se quiere.

Pequeñas cosas para mejorar: Las camas no muy cómodas y el sofá cama ya debiera ser renovado, casi no tiene relleno. La cocina no muy equipada si se quiere cocinar ahí mismo, pero nosotros no lo necesitamos. La grifería del baño un poco suelta y plástica. La funda de la almohada era la de los cobertores, por lo que no se sentían tan limpias.

The location, the view, the pools, the restaurant, the grounds and all the fabulous staff that work at Ocean Dreams. Denise was an amazing host! She picked us up from the condo we began our stay with, which was fantastic because we were 30 minutes away. She was so easy to communicate with and was always available to answer any of my questions. She also had great advice for me about the area. The staff at the restaurant was great as well, the food was amazing too!

I have nothing that I found negative about the property or our experience there.

The host, Denise, went above and beyond! She helped us organize travel from where were previously staying and then when we needed transport to another activity she drove us there and back (for a very reasonable price). She was always very responsive and helped us get settled in, including giving us a homemade map of the surrounding area (see picture). The room itself was comfortable and you can't beat the location. Right on the beach and a few minutes walk to the main tourist attractions. It was also great to be able to use the hotel amenities. There are a couple of small pools right on the beach where you can order food, drinks, and hookah. The food was good and they even had live music one evening. I would definitely stay here again!

The main complicated part was the payment. Booking.com said there was free cancellation for some time after booking, but then the host sent a message saying it was required to send a deposit via Paypal within 72 hours to confirm the booking. We then had to pay the rest in cash (USD or MXN) upon arrival. Not a big deal, but if you're coming from the US make sure you take out the cash before you leave so you don't lose money in the conversion. Also, the lounge chairs at the beach require you to spend 500MXN (~$25USD) on food/drink per person to sit there, but Denise provides beach towels and umbrellas so you can still sit comfortably at the beach if you don't want to pay.
