Exceptional service. The staff cannot do enough for you. They are customer focused, polite, helpful and every suggestion they made was spot on.
Amazing views and great location - a lovely 30 minute walk to town. The breakfasts buffet was excellent. and the staff, without exception, were professional and very friendly.

Amazing staff, they were all nice, pleasant and super helpful. Mega comfy bed and pillows. The room was fantastic, good layout, clean, stylish and functional. Fantastic view from the balcony.
Constant resort music all day long.
Woken up 7:30 in the morning by music from the TV soundbar at maximum volume that we couldn't turn off. Overly overpriced mini bar e.g. 8 euros for a small tub of pringles.

The sea is very bad, the pool side is very loud and there is disturbing music. There is ventilation noise in the room. The staff is well-intentioned, but there are delays in breakfast because there is no hall supervisor. When I told the general manager about the music, he offered to buy me free whiskey!!!!! The price is too high for the services it offers.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Although sometimes the heat near the beach was unbearable they were doing their best to fulfil our needs.
After breakfast music at the beach and pool side was becoming too loud.

Amazing customer services and housekeeping. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful to provide us all the necessary information. Excellent breakfast and both restaurants are of a very high level. Spa services are excellent especially Giannis the physio and Nikodimos the hairdresser. Great facilities (large and modern rooms) and location.
The shared pool in the Luxx Suite is not for swimming so we had to join the large pool in the main restaurant.

The hotel is unique, beautiful and beautiful services
Unfortunately, when I left the hotel, the receptionist asked me for 200 euros.. I asked the employee why she said the value of services and taxes... Although I paid the full amount in advance, the lady who was at the reception at the time of departure until now I do not know the reason for asking 200 euros

Wonderful property, perfect for weekend getaway or even a long stay considering many destinations nearby to explore.
Every staff member, from the valet to the check- in to the management were delightful and eager to help!
Our room was fantastic, very clean and with great view. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the pool service was very attentive and warm.
Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Great hotel, very attentive staff, super restaurants and breakfast, fabulous bar. The beach is well organized and has great service, very good facilities, the sea is not as good as in other places in Greece but it is always calm.

The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The waiter that helped me on my first night (Nicolas) was extraordinary.
As a solo traveller, being told I was not welcome to eat alone at the restaurant really destroyed this experience for me. Although they corrected the issue when I complained, I was offered no compensation. It is an ugly memory for me now and I regret choosing this hotel.
The room was big but in disrepair (toilet not working properly). Issues aside, I don't think it was worth the price and have experienced better places for a lot less.
Too bad, I loved the concept as an ibiza regular and was hoping to have found a new summer spot.
