I would have expected the linen and towels to be included.

Property was well cleaned and tidy, very nice and cozy.

We didn’t like the check in method, had to call through 4 different people in the same number. Hard to find the house, no numbers on the houses. Checking in took about an hour. Not much information on the check in unfortunately. Information about paying the deposit was weird, reception was in town not at the houses. After i got there they sent me an aadress to go and pat deposit at the town. All the information should be summed up and easily to understand for foreign people, im not local to know ifthe reception is in town or in the mountain.

So the problems started already after reservation was made. They informed us that we must pay for bedsheets and the cleaning deposit 99 EUR! And we couldn't cancel reservation, so we where obliged to pay extra or pay full amount for cancelation. Then there was a problem with finding our house as we didn't receive any messages about the location or number of our house. When we called them to ask how could we find our house, only then they sent us a message with a house number we got and they said that we should search for it, but there where NO NUMBERS on the houses! When we asked if somebody can come and help us they replied that they are not at the place because they have the day off. There was only 2 rooms on the first floor so half of our company must sleep on the second flour and it was suitable only for kids as the height of the second floor did not exceed 1 meter and there was so hot in there, that we couldn't sleep all night. And none of this was mentioned on Booking.com, when we where making a reservation!

Free WIFI SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED

The staff was awful, especially the woman at the reception. Eventhough she speaks out mother-tongue language, which was nice, everything else was not so up to expectations. We booked the appartment with towels and bedsheets and when we came we found out that we have to pick it up from the reception that’s 10km away. She also really wanted us to buy a cleaning after the stay for 990 NOK, we didn’t because we only stayed for one night and barely touched anything, also one of us works in the cleaning area, so knows how to do it. When we left the property, it was in better condition than we found it and they still charged us the money for cleaning after we left.

Phantastic view, beautiful wooden floor and walls, very cosy and clean.

Cleaning and bedsheets rather expensive. A lamp in the living room was missing as to be able to read (a non-electronic device) on the sofa.
