La ubicación

Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, ruido excesivo, los autobuses que están en la contra esquina no dejan dormir, solo te ponen una toalla y el asiento de la taza en el baño estaba suelto y el extractor del baño hace bastante ruido.

La ubicación y que el desayuno está incluído. El hotel está bonito pero no tiene elevador. No apto para personas de la tercera edad

Que no tiene elevador, está muy chiquita la recepción, no tiene sala en la recepcion

Encontré cabellos entre sábanas de cama y regadera (muy visibles). Esto dice mucho de si y como hacen el aseo.

It was highly difficult to regulate water temperature in the shower, the water was too cold or too hot, also not all of administrators speak english

The service it's disgusting , this hotel does discrimination for some costumers.

Easy checkin and checkout, Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast as well.

It took 40minutes and a phone call at the reception to get hot water. It then only lasted for 5minutes. Water pressure was very bad as well. For one day, the toilet flush did not work, imagine the smell :)

The breakfast team were very polite and the cleaning staff too.

When we arrived, after having booked our room as described online with booking.com, the man at the front desk tried to give us a completely different room altogether. We had to persist with him on how this was unfair as he was then trying to charge us more for the room that we had already booked! He wanted to give us one double bed when we were two separate travellers. He claimed there were no other rooms available. After standing our ground and asking to speak to the manager, eventually we were almost given our right request with at least two separate beds. The WiFi did not work at all, despite asking for different servers.
